UPDATE: Due to lack of registrants, the youth age divisions for the 3-on-3 tournament have been canceled BUT we've created a skills competition in it's place!

Kevin Proch was a long-time member of the Parks & Rec Family serving as a Pool Supervisor and Youth Center staff member, while also working full time for the NT Schools. Kevin was a great supporter and friend to the youth of our community. Sadly Kevin passed unexpectedly in 2022.
Friends and family of Kevin Proch ask you to join us for a fun opportunity to support a great cause. All proceeds benefit the Kevin Proch Memorial Scholarship (awarding a scholarship to one NTHS Senior in 2023).
Volunteers will be running a 3 on 3 basketball tournament at the Hope Center Gymnasium (383 Vandervoort Ave). Age groups consist of 12-14, 15-18 and 18 & up divisions. All players must fall in appropriate age division (younger players may play up). Additionally in the 12-14 division no more than 2 players on freshman basketball team will be permitted on a team and in the 15-18 division no more than 2 players on a varsity basketball team may permitted on a team.
With registration each team is guaranteed a minimum of two games and will also receive a free meal ticket, drink ticket and a raffle ticket for a chance to win the door prize. Additional food and drink sales will take place at the tournament.
Team captains will be emailed a tournament schedule 2-3 days prior to the event.

Fattey Beer Co. located at the Wurlitzer Building, will be sponsoring a tournament after party & fundraiser from 4pm-7pm. Join us to unwind and continue our fundraising efforts. Fattey Beer Co. will be donating $1 for every pint sold, to the Kevin Proch Memorial Scholarship Fund. We'll also be selling chowder, prepared by NT Alumn, Mike Miranto, Buy a hot bowl to enjoy on site for $5 or take home a quart for $8. Raffles, 50//50 and chances to win other prizes like an autographed Steve Tasker Jersey are also on tap! Kevin Proch Memorial Scholarship FundTo honor Kevin and his dedication to our community, friends and family have established the Kevin Proch Memorial Scholarship Fund aimed at providing 1 student a scholarship of an amount to be determined. Scholarship applicants must be a graduating senior of NTHS AND be a past participant in an NT Parks & Recreation program.
Other scholarship criteria include:
1. Participation in a NTHS sport during your freshman, sophomore, junior or senior year.
2. Past participation in a Parks & Recreation program
Applicant must provide:
-List of high school teams played for and coaches played under
-List Recreation programs participated in and years of participation
-Essay submission sharing impact NTHS athletics ant NT Recreation programs had on your life
-Outline financial assistance, including at least one goal you have in the 5 years after graduating high school.
