Seasonal Employment 2025

Deerwood Golf Course is now accepting applications for seasonal employment for the 2025 golf season.  Positions available include cashier, course maintenance, laborer (cart cleaners, etc) and potential openings for starter/ranger. 

Cashier:  Needs to be personable, friendly, quick learner, good with computers, and responsible.  Knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.  This position has many responsibilities including checking in golfers, taking payments, making pro-shop sales, dealing with face-to-face customer interaction.  

Course Maintenance:  Needs to be hard working, able to do manual labor, responsible, and punctual.  Must be available to work mornings 6am-3pm. This position is responsible for maintaining the course conditions including cutting grass, raking sand traps, trimming edges, helping with course improvements. 

Laborer/Cart Attendant:  Needs to be hard working, responsible, willing to do a variety of tasks.  This position is responsible mainly for cleaning and staging golf carts, and helping with other needed tasks as needed.  Should be available to work afternoon & evening shifts.

Starter/Ranger:  Needs to be personable, have good knowledge of golf, have customer services skills.  Responsibilities include checking in golfers, maintaining course flow, helping direct golfers and answer questions.
