Reservations for the 2026 season begin February 2, 2026 for residents and May 4, 2026 for non-residents.
Reservations cannot be made less than 10 days in advance of the booking.
RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

To make a reservation click on the "Log In to Reserve" button at the top of this page. You will be prompted to log in to your account prior to being able to reserve the facility.

| General Information |
Located on the great Niagara River, this site is complete with a boat launch, handicap accessible fishing pier, playground, grill, loads of green space, walking/bike trails and portable bathrooms. Pavilion has electric but no water hook ups. Home base for the Greatlakes Kitefiliers Society, Tonawanda Soccer Club, and location for popular events such as the Thursday on the Water Concert Series and Thunder on the Niagara.
Pavilion 1 (Russ Rizzo Pavilion) is located on the east side of the Witmer Road entrance (nearest the playground) and is known as Russ Rizzo Pavilion.
Pavilion 2 (Dale Marshall Pavilion) is located on the west side of Witmer Road entrance and is known as Dale Marshall Pavilion

| Boat Launch |
Includes boat launch. All boat trailers must have a trailer permit. Violators will be ticketed. Permits available at the Recreation Office for $40 (residents) or $55 (non-residents). Must have your trailer registration to purchase a boat launch permit.
Permit Sticker Placement:
A trailer parking permit sticker will only be valid when displayed on the trailer in a location proximate to the license plate. Placing the sticker in an alternate location may result in a ticket being issued. |
