RESERVATION INFORMATION
The booking window for renting a pavilion is closed for the season.  Pavilions can be rented out from Memorial Day weekend through the October 4.  

Bookings for the 2027 season begin February 1, 2027 for residents and April 19, 2027 for non-residents. 


Reservations cannot be made or edited less than 10 days in advance of the booking.

To make a reservation click on the "Log In to Reserve" button at the top of this page. You will be prompted to log in to your account prior to being able to reserve the facility.  

You can also book your pavilion in person (500 Wheatfield Street, North Tonawanda 14120). Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Call 695-8520 x5501 with questions or email recoffice@northtonawanda.gov

Shelter has full service kitchen with electricity, water, stove and refrigerator.

There’s a lot to do at this beautifully wooded park, complete with walking path through the woods, playground & swings, disc golf course, and basketball court.  Amenities include full service kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and stove, permanent bathrooms, handicap portable bathrooms and grills.

Fee Schedule
Shelter 1- (Capacity 100)  $105 resident; $125 non-resident
