COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS
FOR NT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The City of North Tonawanda Recreation Department is an approved site for North Tonawanda High School students to perform volunteer hours to complete their community service requirement for graduation.

Volunteer opportunities:

SUMMER KICK-OFF EVENT
Downtown Webster St
Friday, July 4 - 5:30 PM - 9 PM (4.5hrs)
Volunteers will help with concessions, supervising children's games and activities, and assisting with set-up and break-down

CANAL FESTIMPICS
Payne Park
Mon, Tues, and/or Fri, July 14, 15, and/or 17 - 5:30 PM - 9 PM (4.5hrs)
Volunteers will assist Rec Staff with contest organization, tracking winners, keeping time for certain events, and running results to the tracking tent. We are also looking for someone with a great eye to get pictures for our social media accounts.

FAMILY FUN FRIDAYS
Payne Park
Fridays, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/15 4 PM to 8 PM (4 hrs)
Volunteers will assist Rec Staff with set-up, activity organization, food service, break down, and clean-up. For a complete list of what activities are taking place on a certain day, check out the website HERE

ARTS & EATS FESTIVAL 
(From the Downtown Merchants Association)
Webster Street in NT 
August 16 & 17 

- Information tent, dance stage help, runners, and all-around helpers.
