Yoga for kids is a fantastic calming activity that can help children calm themselves down, and learn to self-regulate–in addition to many other mental-emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits. The practice of yoga can also help children develop mindfulness, relieve stress and anxiety, increase confidence and awareness, and build strength and flexibility.
Our 6-week program is dedicated to promoting child well-being through the skills of mindfulness and yoga. Erin, our instructor, aims to help them navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and presence.
The belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, with dedication to being in the present moment, forms the foundation of Erin's teachings and practices. By instilling these values in children, they empower kids to develop a strong connection with themselves and a deeper understanding of their emotions and experiences.
All participants will receive a Yoga Kit, which includes a yoga mat and a yoga block. This will enable them to practice what they've learned in the comforts of their own homes.
