Kids Yoga Class: Stretch, Breathe & Grow!
Introduce your child to the fun and benefits of yoga in this playful, engaging class designed just for kids! Our Kids Yoga Class combines simple poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and imagination to help children build strength, focus, and confidence - all while having fun.
What to Expect:
- Age-appropriate yoga poses taught through games and stories
- Breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body
- Guided relaxation and mindfulness activities
