Sun Seekers: Yoga for Nature and the Environment
Say hello to the sun! Join us for a fun 4-week session learning the basics of yoga and mindfulness through sun salutations and connections to nature.
Children will connect yoga to animals, plants, and the environment and consider the role of the sun, moon, and stars in yoga poses and the world around us.
This session is open to children in Grades K-6. Children are encouraged to bring a mat, a yoga block, and a water bottle. Mats and blocks are also available for purchase with registration.
