Kids Winter Yoga: Creating Kindness
Join us for a fun four-week session of kids yoga focusing on kindness, gratitude, and the color pink! February is the perfect time to celebrate with Valentine's and kindness! This all-levels session will focus on kindness (for self and community) and engage children in yoga poses and mindful centering practices, incorporating movement through stories and games.
The session will run on Thursdays in February (5, 12, 19, and 26) from 6-7 PM, at the Spruce School Gym,195 Spruce Street, NT.
Feel free to have children bring a water bottle and a mat (if they have one). Please indicate in your registration if you need a mat, as we will accommodate. Can’t wait to spend February with you!
Meet the Instructor:
Erin E. Robinson is the Sole Proprietor of Rooted Oak Yoga, LLC. She holds RYT100 and RYT200 and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and has published numerous articles and a book on social movement mobilization surrounding environmental issues, advocating for health and wellness for planet and people.
Erin holds teaching certifications in Hatha Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Yin Yoga. She holds specialty certifications in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Anatomy, and Yoga for Athletes.
