Wednesday, July 12th- 5:30-6:30pm- NT Fisherman's Park Band Shell River Road 

Join your family and friends to enjoy an hour of relaxation and rejuvenation in a group sound bath.  A sound bath is a meditative soundscape produced to help you reach the deepest level of relaxation.  Instruments used include crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, tuned chimes, Ocean drums, rain sticks a monochord and more.  Please feel free to bring yoga mats, pillows or blankets.  You may also bring a folding chair if necessary. - ***The rain date will be Wednesday, July 19th 5:30-6:30pm
