Fitness Boot Camp: Get fit with Mary Jo in this full body workout designed for movement and light weight training (2lb weights). Mondays from 6-7pm starting September 12 @ Ohio School gymnasium. Total of 10 classes.
Zumba:Join Mary Jo and move to the rhythm and get a great cardio workout in this dance-based exercise class. Tuesdays from 6-7pm starting September 13 @ Ohio School gymnasium.
Pilates: Follow along with Terrie as you work on strenthening your core, improving flexibilty and posture in this low impact class. Wednesdays from 7-8pm starting September 14 @ Drake School gymnasium.
Hallwalking: Don;t let the winter weather put a stop to your exercise routine. For just $10 you get access to walking the halls of the NT Intermediate Building from 4:30-9pm Monday-Friday starting September 26.
