Pilates: This workout will sculpt and tone your entire body. This class will have you feeling stronger, energized, and grounded. Please bring a mat and bottled water with you to class.
Classes held Wednesdays @ Drake School from 7-8pm. (8 classes). Instructed by Terri D'Andreamatteo
Boot Camp: This is an total body fitness program featuring movements inspired by "Boot Camp" training. Use of hand weights, core exercises and other strength training exercises. It's a great workout. Classes are instructed by Karin Rafter and held Mondays at Drake School . Choose the entire session or pay per class.
Hall Walking: This program is an opportunity to beat the weather and still get your steps in. Walk in the halls of the NT Middle School Building Monday-Friday anytime between 4:00pm-8:00pm. (Enter through door #8)
Yoga: Yoga improves posture, flexibility, builds muscle strength, increases blood flow and reduces stress. This is a great introduction class for beginners for all ages. The class is held at Drake School on Thursday evenings at 6pm-7pm. Instructed by Sarah Mullett.
