This program is open to anyone 16 years and up.
The benefits of Aquatic Exercise:
improves muscle endurance keeps the body cool during exercise
decrease muscle soreness burns calories
improves core strength & endurance improves flexibility
* make up classes are scheduled for Saturday, July 31st 11:30am -12:30 pm
& Saturday, August 14th 11:30am-12:30pm.
