Senior Citizen Water Aerobics
Come join the fun and get healthier too!

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening enjoy Aquatic Exercise with Joan Beiter!
This program is open to anyone 16 years and up.

The benefits of Aquatic Exercise:

improves muscle endurance                            keeps the body cool during exercise

decrease muscle soreness                               burns calories

improves core strength & endurance                improves flexibility

* make up classes are scheduled for Saturday, July 31st 11:30am -12:30 pm
& Saturday, August 14th 11:30am-12:30pm.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
