Softball Players in Conference
All participants of the Adult Softball program must either sign a team liability form or they can create an account and acknowledge electronically the liability waiver/release.

Any person who plays on an Adult Softball team without completing this step will be considered an illegal player and the team will be subject to forfeiture of any and all games in which the individual participated in.
